The goal of the business office of Mt. State ENT is to assist you in any way possible with the processing of claims for services that have been rendered to you by our providers.

Each employee receives continuing education and updates to insurance laws, rules and regulations. If you have questions regarding your account or any other financial issues, please do not hesitate to contact the business office.
Dorothy Farley, MA, CPC, received her certificate of training as a medical assistant from the Raleigh County Vocational and Technical Center in 1986. In June 2002 she successfully completed and passed the exam to become a Certified Professional Coder. She has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2001 and is the business office manager for Beckley Surgery Center and Mt. State ENT. Dorothy can be reached at (304) 255-2341 x 314.
Katrina Maynor, CMA (AAMA), RMC received her Associate of Medical Assisting degree from The College of West Virginia and successfully completed and passed the national certification exam, administered by the American Academy of Medical Assistants in 2000. In October 2005, Katrina successfully completed and passed the exam to become a Registered Medical Coder. She has been employed with Mt. State ENT since 2000 and is the billing supervisor for Mt. Angela Asbury joined the staff of Mt. State ENT in August 2008. Angie's skills are being utilized in many areas of the business office, including reception in our Summersville office, medical records and appointment scheduling.
